Filing a Claim for Benefits

If you have been injured at work, you should immediately inform your supervisor. Typically, your supervisor will give you a list of doctors that you may choose from to see. Based on the doctor's recommendation and your initial application for benefits, the insurance company will determine whether to accept or deny your claim.
